Proposal
Retained. In this case you agree that we become the sole agency that you are using, and we include all candidates, including those you may have come across in the selection process. Why would you choose a Retained Service? Well, it allows a structured approach s that all candidates are assessed using the same tools and it comes at a lower rate because we aren’t competing with other agencies.
Contingent. With a contingent service you only pay if one of our candidates is successful. This system can be less effective as you are receiving candidates from other sources who may not have been through the thorough selection process that TOP People applies. It also costs more as we will conduct the work without any guarantee of payment.
Managed Recruitment Service. If you have a lot of recruitment to be done, for example as you are ramping up a project, we can agree to conduct your entire recruitment at a reduced fee. We have experience of this on a number of mining projects and our clients have found it a cost-effective way of meeting their needs on an agreed schedule.
Consultancy Service. Our proposal for a consultancy service will include agreed timelines and a set hourly rate. We know how long it takes us to write a policy or a procedure and we can set solid expectations so that there’s no budget stretch. Having said that we know that things can change so the proposal will include options for extensions, but these will be entirely dependent on your authorisation. There will be no hidden costs or nasty surprises when we submit an invoice.
